In Media and Technology Class, we were asked to create a horizontal art film of any kind. I chose to create a music video about a relationship between two animated characters, Dawn Betterman from "The Croods: A New Age" and Mr. Snake from "The Bad Guys." I am proud of all of my work that I put into this video: the choice of scenes, the choice of song, all of it! I feel that this addresses the 21st Century Skill of Self-Directional Skills, as I knew what I wanted to put into the video, no one else did. I had to guide myself in what I was supposed to make and what kind of story I wanted to tell. It was difficult to come up with a song for the characters, but I eventually settled on "Sunroof" by Nicky Youre. If I could redo this project, I wouldn't change anything. This relates to many videos I've made over my childhood years outside of school. I can use this to help perfect my filmmaking in the future.
